Yes. We're about 2 miles from Lourdes University, and our month-to-month rentals let students store dorm furniture, bins and bikes between semesters without a long-term lease. A 5x10 climate-controlled unit typically holds the contents of a dorm room, and a 5x5 works for a few boxes and a mini-fridge.
