The sales staff was excellent. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The facility is very clean, organized and new and convenient to my locaiton.

This place is great in the sense that it is brand new, the climate is well controlled, the units are very nice, and the Bluetooth entry is a dream. What is not great is having to move your things while skating on an ice rink of thick ice in the parking lots where you park to move your things, no complimentary door stops, and no carts or dollies or anything thoughtful around. They didn’t take the time to go out and spend a couple dollars on cheap door stops, but they did take the time to post a sign on every door making it clear that you should not use the bait traps by the doors as door stops or you will be charged for damage to them. So good luck holding the door open with your hands full! I’ve rented many storage units in my life and they always have either one or all of these things covered. I hope in the future they can accommodate a bit more!

Nice, clean, secure modern facility. Pricing is good too; better than most in the Beavercreek area. Ashley’s kindness and customer service were superb and the ultimate selling point for me. Highly recommend!

The office staff is amazing!!

Brittany was very professional and efficient in getting the paperwork completed. She even stayed after getting in her car to finish the rental for leaving for her errands. Nice place and I would rent there again.

Rental agent was delightful. She was very responsive, answered all of our questions and an all around wonderful person. She is an excellent asset to the company. Storage space was new, so it was obviously clean. Easy access and monitoring and security seem to be top notch. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Storage spaces are clean and new. Prices are very reasonable. I was not happy about the requirement to provide my Social Security number. This is certainly not needed as there are many other ways to verify my identity. Requiring SSN provides opportunities for criminals to hack your system and steal identities.
