We made an online reservation and came in to secure the unit. The process was easy. I am bad with names, but the lady who helped me was outstanding and knew her job!!! She was able to get me started while finishing up with another customer. Very nice and pleasant. The office was also decorated with Easter and I loved that as well. The office felt homey. The office was clean and well-organized!!!

Crystal Long was very professional. She thoroughly went over every thing in the contract and really exceeded my expectations just to be storage unit manager. Not saying it's a bad job or anything, just didn't think it would be such a professional business. I would give her five stars and a raise myself. She did very well. I'm glad to have rented from her.

My wife and I were more than pleased with our visit to Beach Self Storage in Calvert Co. This place is rather new and very nice. It hits all the buttons with cleanliness, security, professionalism, etc. The real reason we signed a contract here over all else was because of Crystal the manager!! She is such a spirit! She made me and my wife feel at home. She explained every aspect of what to expect and simplified the understanding of what we were signing. Every business should have this type of managerial representation.

Tabitha is an absolute angel walking the earth. I rented a U-Haul from another location, and it had none of the moving supplies I’d ordered. I called Beach Self Storage desperate for help and Tabitha answered. Even though they were closing she called around, found the supplies at Lusby Self Storage, and then drove down there to meet me and load everything up.
She was the only thing that went right today and I will never go anywhere else. Tabitha is the absolute best.
